Job Description
Job position: Program Coordinator
Job type: Part-time -20-25 hours/week (possibility of becoming full-time) Monday - Friday
and some Saturdays.
Job Location: Peel region - Brampton
Job experience: Administrative Assistant / Coordinator, minimum 2 years of experience.
Job strengths:

• Highly organized, quick learner with analytical thinking for effective teamwork
• Be able to work independently.
Additional skill sets:
• Must have excellent command of the English language (both oral and written)
• Must be able to process high volumes of work quickly, efficiently and accurately.
• Must know Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, & Social Media Platforms

Job Duties:
• Taking calls, explaining the program details, providing course information
• Registering new students, processing payments via terminals/cash/ e-transfers
• Creating complex schedules, making appointments on the telephone and via
messages
• Providing continuous required support 
• Photocopy- in bulk, multi-sets
• Keep track of supplies and order supplies as needed.
Job Salary: $16.00/hour (can be raised based on performance & business).
Other requirements:
• Live in Brampton or the area around and must have a car.
•Training Will be provided.
