Job Type: Full-Time - 12 month Contract

In this important role, you will assist with executing all promotion activities for the Casino, along with researching, developing and implementing special event and promotional programs. The Events Coordinator position requires an organized communicator who can maintain a smile even in high-intensity situations. Key Responsibilities

• Organizes and execute assigned activities and events.
• Ensures a safe environment for volunteers and participants.
• Ensures company policies and procedures are upheld.
• Liaises with other stakeholders to ensure a successful event.
• Models standards, company vision and values.
• Ensures company resources are maintained and monitored.
• Leads the team of interested event volunteers throughout execution of the event.

What You Bring

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office is an asset.
• Current PMD and occurrence points will be taken into consideration.
• Past volunteer or event organization, planning and execution experience is an asset.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to organize and execute events or activities an asset.
