Advantages
Your advantages on this position of real estate administrative assistant located in Anjou:
- Schedule from Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.
- Parking on site.
- Temporary contract with possibility of permanence.
- Salary 23-28$ per hour.
- Welcome visitors to the administration office;
- Follow up on the status of rental agreements;
- Write letters, notices, memos and verify various documents;
- Make purchase orders on request;
- Provide support for finding files or information in leases;
- Perform other related duties.
- Ensure optimal management of virtual and physical documents: filing, archiving, computer tree structure, etc.;
- Perform the various administrative tasks – mail, stationery orders, parcels, registered mail, etc.;
- Follow up with tenants and their head offices to validate the information received;
- Ensure the support and follow-up of the files of the director and support her in her tasks: agenda planning, preparation of budgets and action plans, participation in the strategic planning of the office, booking of events, planning of meetings team, etc.;
- DEC in secretarial or technical office automation or any other relevant training;
- Bilingualism (mandatory): French and English spoken and written, writing skills;
- Skills in interpersonal relations, interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- Mastery of the MS Office suite (Word and Excel) as well as Office 365.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in administrative support or in the field of management;
- Good management of priorities, sense of organization, initiative, rigor and thoroughness;
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines;
