Real Estate Receptionist Jobs

A property management company with a warm and family profile, located in Ville Saint-Laurent, is looking to join its team a real estate receptionist.

Main Responsibilities

• Write and translate various documents
• Bring support to operations, rental and accounting teams
• Manage and plan building maintenance, notify tenants and follow up on maintenance
• Manage tenants' requests on a daily basis, identify problems and propose solutions, meet their needs to maintain tenant satisfaction through appropriate communication and excellent customer service
• Maintain an Excel database of all operations and maintenance requests
• Manage filing of documents
• Perform any other tasks related to or requested by management
• Send and receive mail
• Scan requested documents
• Apply for credit inquiries
• Draft advertising content projects; perform certain marketing tasks
• Take calls and greet office visitors
• Manage applications from potential tenants and present vacant premises in an engaging manner
• Order office supplies
• Update websites and social networks

Required Skills

• Be recognized for his/her sense of respect and resourcefulness
• Oral bilingualism (French and English)
• Have an interest in the real estate field
