Responsibilities
- Coordinate and conduct property showings, ensuring that each potential buyer receives personalized attention and information about the property's features and benefits.
- Assist clients in preparing their homes for sale, providing guidance on staging, repairs, and improvements to maximize the property's appeal.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as home inspectors, appraisers, and lawyers, to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction process.
- Attend free training and coaching online and in person to 🚀 your production.
- Conduct thorough market analyses to determine the optimal listing price for clients' homes.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and industry regulations to offer valuable insights to clients.
- Conduct research to find appropriate properties to present to your clients.
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining regular communication with clients, responding promptly to inquiries, and addressing concerns.
- Facilitate the closing process, working closely with all parties involved to ensure all necessary documents are prepared and executed correctly.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to clients on the status of their listings, including inquiries, showings, and offers.
- Prepare and pitch seller and buyer presentations.
- Skillfully negotiate offers on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented and striving for favorable terms and conditions.
- Stay informed about local market trends, comparable property sales, and changing regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date advice to clients.
- Collaborate with other team members to share best practices, resources, and knowledge to collectively achieve team goals.
- Generate leads through various channels and convert them into successful transactions.
- Conduct property showings, negotiations, and facilitate the closing process.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
- Prepare and present comprehensive marketing plans to promote clients' properties, including online listings, professional photography, virtual tours, and print materials.
Qualifications
- The ability to work well independently and collaboratively.
- Proven track record of success in sales.
- Valid real estate license from your provincial real estate governing board.
- New Real Estate Agents and agents enrolled in a real estate licensing program are welcome!
- Must be coachable and always willing to learn and put that learning into practice.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative in coming up with innovative solutions with marketing, including social media savviness.
- Self-motivated and driven to exceed sales targets.
- Experience in using CRMs and technology.
- Comfortable making cold calls and door-knocking.
