The incumbent is responsible for creating purchase orders for the entire organization through our SAP system, administrative records with certain business partners, writing minutes of business committees organized by the department, assist, and support the Strategic Procurement and Real Estate team.

The incumbent will report to the Senior Director Strategic Procurement and Real Estate.

Responsibilities

• Validation of invoices.
• Data entry in the Airpas and SAP system;
• Administrative support for the procurement department (correspondence, translation, meeting planning, writing of minutes, redaction of documents, etc.);
• Coordination of various projects;
• Produce the organization's order forms;
• Create and edit SAP records;

Qualifications

• Procurement training (an asset).
• Five (5) years of relevant experience;
• Knowledge of SAP;
• College diploma or equivalent;
• Excellent knowledge of French and English (spoken and written);
• In-depth knowledge of MS Office Suite;
• Excellent communication skills and a sense of initiative;
• Good management of priorities and ability to work under pressure;
