Your new role

As the Project Coordinator your day to day role is to support the Construction Manager and the Contracts Manager in their duties. You will be responsible to review Building Envelope and Finish Packages as well as ensuring the PO's are issued correctly.

Also, you will have daily interaction with trades and site staff and you will be need to take minutes during construction meetings. In addition you will liaise with outside consultants including architects and engineers.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this job your background will probably include at least 3-5 years of previous experience as a Project Coordinator in a busy Residential builder environment. You should have excellent IT skills as you will be responsible for maintaining the database, strong CAD skills are advantageous as well. Multi Family construction experience is a definite asset.
