About The Role

You will be working as part of a team responsible for the ordering of IT and Telecoms hardware using various platforms. The role will involve managing the porting of numbers as well as ordering new products. You'll also be involved in ongoing projects to ensure everything runs smoothly

You will also be supporting the Provisioning & Projects Team in terms of ensuring client satisfaction, submitting number port requests and ensuring customer documentation is in order.

You will deliver high levels of customer care, provide feedback on issues identified, and help to continue to develop the service we offer.

30 Hours Per week

Requirements

About You

Ideally you'll have experience of working within an IT or provisioning role, however other relevant experience will be considered. You will have a keen eye for detail, and be able to work to deadlines . You'll be a confident communicator, able to work on your own initiative and have great organisational skills. A genuine interest and knowledge of IT & Telecoms would be beneficial. Delivering high levels of customer care will be essential. If you can demonstrate the right attitude, we can deliver the training.
