Overview

We are currently seeking THREE (3) experienced Account Payable Coordinators for our client in Santa Ana, CA. Position is 100% onsite, Full Time, TTH, Monday-Friday, compensation range between $20.00-$23.00/hr. D.O.E. Join a winning team with job security that has doubled in size in the past two years!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Familiarity with vendor statement reconciliation
• Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding invoice inquires and discrepancies
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and invoice verification
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize and meet payment and early pay discount deadlines
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex invoice issues and work with internal stakeholders and vendors for resolution
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Education/Minimum Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required with minimum of 1 yr.+ experience in an Accounts Payable Coordinator, Processor or Specialist role.
• Three way matching
• Construction/Manufacturing experience a +
• Must have strong understanding of AP process and principles with an emphasis in high volume P.O.’s and expense processing ($50-55K a month)
