What You'll Be Doing

• Managing day-to-day operations of the accounts payable function, including AP billing and vendor data management.
• Completing month, quarter, and year-end close activities within established timelines.
• Processing accounts payable entries in accordance with employer policies and applicable accounting standards.
• Calculating, preparing, and analyzing assigned reconciliations.
• Reviewing accounts and investigating unusual balances or variances.

What You'll Have

• Working knowledge of core financial systems, experience with Workday preferred.
• A related degree or diploma and 4+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Interest in achieving a professional accounting designation (CPA).
