Job Description
Our client currently has an opening for an Accounts Payable Clerk. This opportunity is based in our Nuns' Island office and reports to the Accounts Payable Supervisor.

Responsibilities
  • Resolve accounts payable issues with leasing and purchasing departments
  • Answer calls from suppliers and on-site employees
  • Invoice batch verification
  • Invoice coding
  • Filing
  • Receiving and sorting invoices
  • Voucher matching (by system)
  • Other related tasks
  • Data entry
Qualifications
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office suite, mainly Excel and Outlook
  • Good analytical skills, dynamic, able to work under pressure and as part of a team, detail-oriented, resourceful and highly organized
  • 2 to 3 years' relevant experience in a similar position or equivalent
  • DEC in accounting or equivalent
  • Bilingualism (French-English) as many of our plants are located abroad
