The Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry at Mount Allison University invites applications for a part-time stipendiary appointment for the Winter 2024 term, to teach a BIOC-1001 Introductory Biochemistry (https://selfservice.mta.ca/Student/Student/Courses/Search?subjects=BIOC), in an asynchronous online format.The successful candidate should have a completed (or in-progress) PhD in Biochemistry or related field. Doctoral students are welcome to apply, and prior teaching experience is preferred.

The anticipated enrollment in the course is approximately 50 students and involves 3-4 hours of scheduled office hours per week to assist students virtually.
