• Consistently coach others.Support employees with potential issues and resolutions in order to ensure the highest profitability and smoothest operation. Train employees on delivery of irresistible food and drink, while engaging in authentic conversation.

What we need from you:

• A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for your team members and guests.
• A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship.
• The ability to legally work in the USA.
• 3 years of restaurant experience, with1year in a leadership-focused role.
• A passion and commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and fun.
