We’re looking for a warehouse manager. This role will be responsible for coordinating shipments and inventory, monitoring stock levels and allocating resources as needed. A successful candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks effectively, make quick and accurate decisions, communicate clearly and work well with others.

RESPONSIBILTIES

·Oversees warehouse logistics and administration functions of the facility;

·Deal with customer issues and complaints;

·Manage inventory to ensure that orders are received and shipped on time;

·Communicate with suppliers regarding products;

·Manage the productivity of staff members;

·Coordinate with other departments about inventory levels and products needs to be ordered;

·Ensure that products are shipped in an out on time and damage-free;

·Ensure safety protocol is being applied at all times;

·Supporting to logistic activities in coordination with internal teams;

·Creates new workflow processes that optimize flow and efficiency;

·Demonstrated competence using MS Office Excel;

·Warehouse activities both physical and working with an ERP system;

·Requires problem solving, planning and analysis and relation management responsibilities;

·Ensures equipment and tools are properly inspected, maintained and used;

·Demonstrated ability to be proactive;

·Ability to motivate, coach and mentor team members;

·Ability to occasionally lift 50lbs.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

·Preference for 2 to 3+ years working experience in a warehouse or related experience.

·Experience in logistics an asset

·Appropriate Certificate in Warehouse Management.

·Hands-on experience using ERP database applications an asset.
