Job Description
We are currently seeking a Manager to join the Customer Service team in our Orillia Ontario office on the 12-8 Shift!.


The Customer Service Manager Is Responsible To


  • Act as point of escalation for team questions
  • Additional tasks as assigned by Director of Customer Service and/or VP, Operations
  • Delegate existing and new work assignments
  • Ensure daily tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Hold team meetings, reviewing team results and setting goals
  • Monitor and evaluate team workload
  • Funnel escalations to Director of Customer Service when needed
  • Coach team members monthly on performance against objectives
  • Act as primary contact for other departments
