Medical Receptionist

Our client, a thriving Multidisciplinary Clinic that offers advanced healthcare modalities, is looking for a Medical Receptionist to join their team in Bedford. Your focus will be to welcome all patients in a warm, friendly manner and ensure all aspects of patient bookings are handled efficiently and professionally. You will be responsible for greeting patients and notifying practitioners of their arrival, accepting and recording payments, accurately scheduling recall visits, ensuring schedules are full, answering phones and responding to email, voice messages and texts in a timely manner.

The successful candidate would be available to work, on average, a 30-35 hours per week.

As the ideal fit for this team, you come with:

• 2+ years experience in working in clinical settings OR fast-paced customer service environments
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
• Superior customer service skills
• An ability to quickly learn new software systems
• Post-Secondary education
• Manage changing priorities
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• A keen ability to multitask
