Job Description

Global Furniture Group is looking for a Manager of Brand Marketing - Canada to join our team and lead the product marketing efforts for our product lines supporting the world of workplace, healthcare, and education. In this role, you will develop and execute marketing strategies that drive sales and increase brand awareness.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for our office furniture product line.
  • Facilitate product integrations within tradeshows and showrooms.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new products and product updates.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product positioning and messaging.
  • Develop sales and marketing materials, such as presentations, product data sheets, and website content.
  • Create and manage product launch plans and campaigns.
  • Support the sales team with product training and enablement.
  • Work with appropriate stakeholders to establish an internal communications and roll-out plan for all product launches including internal and external training.
  • Develop sales tools and initiatives to connect with the architect and designer community.
  • Facilitate customer promotions, rewards, and communications to improve dealer engagement.
  • Maintain trend information on key vertical market segments (healthcare, workplace & education).
  • Analyze product performance and make recommendations for improvements.


Qualifications:


  • Bilingual in English & French is an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, WordPress and Acrobat.
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in the office furniture industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and go-to-market strategy.
  • Passion for creating innovative and impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with market research, data analysis, and product positioning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
