The College is seeking a Manager, Corporate Communications, to lead and manage internal and external-facing communications functions through consistent messaging and brand strategy as it relates to content writing and editing. The incumbent is a member of the Department management team and contributes to the direction and ongoing operational improvements of the Department.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to)


  • Manage the operations of the Unit. Develop and execute on the Unit’s strategy and provide leadership, mentorship and management of the team.
  • Drive the evolution of brand strategy and consistent messaging stories that are clear for internal business partners and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Department and internal business partners to develop and implement corporate communications plans that support brand foundation and awareness (e.g., Annual Report and Strategic Plan), as well as projects which will include and impact several business partners (e.g., transition to EMS, UAP and Quality Management programs).


Required Education and Experience


  • University Degree (Bachelor) in Public Affairs or Communications or related experience in corporate communications or public relations
  • 7 - 10 years of progressive experience in communications and content writing

Le Collège est à la recherche d’un ou d’une gestionnaire, communications organisationnelles pour diriger et gérer les fonctions de communications internes et externes au moyen d’une stratégie de marque et de messages cohérents en matière de rédaction et de révision de contenu. Le titulaire du poste fait partie de l’équipe de direction du service et contribue à la direction et à l’amélioration opérationnelle continue du service.

Les responsabilités comprennent les éléments suivants (sans toutefois s’y limiter)


  • Gérer les activités de l’unité organisationnelle. Élaborer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de l’unité organisationnelle en plus d’exercer un leadership, de fournir du mentorat et d’assurer la gestion de l’équipe.
  • Collaborer avec les membres du service et les partenaires internes en vue d’élaborer et de mettre en œuvre des plans de communication qui renforcent le fondement et la notoriété de la marque (p. ex. le Rapport annuel et le Plan stratégique), ainsi que des projets qui mettront à contribution et toucheront plusieurs partenaires (p. ex. transition vers le système de gestion d’entreprise, praticiens non autorisés et programmes de gestion de la qualité).
  • Guider l’évolution de la stratégie de marque et d‘une communication narrative cohérente et claire à l’intention des partenaires internes et des parties prenantes externes.


Formation et expérience requises


  • Diplôme universitaire (baccalauréat) en affaires publiques ou communications ou expérience connexe en communications d’entreprise ou relations publiques
  • Sept à dix ans d’expérience acquise progressivement en communications et en rédaction de contenu.
