Communications Manager
We are hiring a Communications Manager at the "head office” (Franchise Corp) level. We are looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented marketing and/or communications professional with excellent written and verbal communications skills, and a keen desire to be part of a growing leadership team and organization!

- To drive our vision of being renowned globally for making physio FUN through social media, community events, and other marketing strategies
- To effectively communicate new and existing information across our growing franchise organization
- To be a proud ambassador of the KPG brand and values
Key Responsibilities: how I do it
Kids Physio's Communications Manager is responsible for both internal communication (to our growing team across Canada) and external communication (to our families and potential future clients of KPG).

Requirements:
- Minimum two years of experience in marketing and/or communications
- Ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly, and to ensure they are clearly communicated to the appropriate audience
- Degree in an applicable field (we’re not going to specify what that is, but will require justification on how your education relates to this position!)
- Proven track record in creating and executing successful digital marketing campaigns (email marketing, social media marketing, digital ads, etc)
- Computer savvy, with skills in Microsoft Word (GoogleDocs), Microsoft Excel (GoogleSheets), marketing automation (MailChimp), web content management (WordPress), and design programs (Canva, InDesign, etc)
- Portfolio of design and writing samples
- A keen desire to be part of a growing organization, learn intensely, and grow quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Major Bonus Points:
- Understanding of the physiotherapy or healthcare system
- Fluency in French
Work Conditions:
- Focus is on remote, computer-based work
- Position may include some travel between Kids Physio Group’s franchise locations across Canada
- Position will require employee to work from a Kids Physio Group location at least 1 time per month. Please specify in your cover letter which clinic(s) you could work from! (in addition to the locations on kidsphysio.ca/locations you can consider the Comox Valley (BC) and Montreal (QC))
- Opportunity for flexible work arrangements (work remotely from home or anywhere in Canada)
- Training will happen both in person and remotely, and may require some travel
