The role we are offering you:

Working hand in hand with our business units and corporate functions, you will have the opportunity to coordinate and support different projects, both internal and external. This role is a temporary 6 months contract. Are you ready to:

• Complete other tasks, as required.
• Develop and support various company-wide communication channels and vehicles (newsletters, presentations, blogs, etc).
• Develop concepts and write content for a wide range of communications tools.
• Provide strategic communications counsel to internal customers for their employee communications and external communications.
• Participate in the development and implementation of internal and external communications campaigns, strategies, programs, and corporate events.
• Support Communications Advisors in the implementation of company-wide communication channels and vehicles, online and offline.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Experience in communications planning and project management.
• Bilingual in French and in English with excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
• 1-3 years’ experience in corporate or marketing communications.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing Communications, event coordination or related discipline.
• Ability to manage simultaneous projects, with rigour and meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to show initiative and creativity.
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and self-discipline.
• Good initiative and sound judgement.
