About Our Client
Reputable Self-Performing Developer with Large Low-Rise Residential Construction Projects in the Brampton region.

  • Creating, monitoring, and updating project schedules and ensuring the schedule and look ahead schedules are followed and provide updates to the Senior Site Super / Finishing Super / Project Manager / Senior Management as required
  • Ensuring that the quality of work and materials is upheld - Upholding Quality Assurance and Quality Control standards
  • Ensuring that the health and safety project plans and MOL requirements are implemented and followed
  • Assisting the Senior Site Superintendent and Finishing Superintendent with the overall supervision of the site
  • Organizing and supervising site staff, trades, and contractors and ensuring that they are performing as required and reporting progress

The Successful Applicant
  • 3-5+ years local experience in Low-Rise Residential Field Supervision
  • Additional tasks and duties as required
  • Ambition to eventually grow into a Head Site Super
  • Possess thorough knowledge in designing and building large scale single-family & multi-family communities
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
