Project Manager - High-Rise Residential - Toronto

Our reputable client recognized as one of the Top 20 General Contractors in Canada has partnered with Randstad Engineering in search for Project Manager for their Toronto offices for their HIGH-RISE Residential division.
This role will be responsible for managing and coordinating in the areas of pre-construction budgeting, planning, scheduling, procurement, execution, turnover and contracts closeout delivery.
They are looking for a sharp minded, computer savvy individual who is highly organized, poised with strong communication skills, and has the ability to manage well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop bidding strategy, assemble bid packages, administer tender process, execute contract negotiations
• Lead project team, keeping project within budget and on schedule
• Liaise and report updates to stakeholders
• Monitor Contractor / Vendor pending costs
• Prepare scopes of work (SOW) for Trades,

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
• 10 years experience within Project Management, majority preferably with a General Contractor, and must have High-Rise.
