Job Description

The ideal candidate will be experienced site supervisor in midrise, low rise condo construction and responsible to coordinate contractors, review drawings and guide contractors, expedite the project. Should be able to identify issues in advance and prevent delay to the project. Be proactive and lead the field teams.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver the project on time
  • Supervise daily operations
  • Develop project schedule and track project progress on daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Review construction drawings, project spec and coordinate contractors and ensure timely action
  • Coordinate with project owner, Architect and Design team


Qualifications

  • MsOffice,
  • MsProject scheduling
  • 5 years experience in multi story residential construction
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
