Salary: $28 - $29


Our client in the Automotive industry is looking to hire a Maintenance Technician for their Afternoon shift on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of hands on experience.


Afternoon Shift: Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:00pm


Salary: $28.00- $29.00 per hour



  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
  • Assist with training new employees and cross training as outlined in the training procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose problems on the lines, trailers and other equipment. Replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.
  • Perform mechanic functions including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic repairs of production machines.
  • Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities. Implement changes that will decrease downtime.
  • Organize and maintain spare parts inventory, communicate when there are shortages.


Requirements


  • Automotive experience
  • 3-4 years experience
  • Manufacturing experience
