2 years of customer service and/or cashier experience.

Perform mechanic functions including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic repairs of production machines.

Troubleshoot and diagnose problems on the lines, trailers and other equipment. Replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.

Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.

Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities. Implement changes that will decrease downtime.

Organize and maintain spare parts inventory, communicate when there are shortages.

Assist with training new employees and cross training as outlined in the training procedures.

· Problem-solving abilities and conflict management

· 3+ years of experience as a Production Manager

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field would be considered a strong asset

· Supervise production team to manage and execute production projects.

· Determine equipment, material and manpower requirements for project execution.

· Must have experience with managing employees

2 to 5 years' experience as a refrigeration technician

Experience diagnosing and trouble-shooting commercial refrigeration equipment

Excellent customer service and communication skills, accountable and self-driven

Supervise work of all apprentice technicians or students; report immediately any deficiencies to the Service Manager.

Minimum 1 year of Service Advisor experience in the automotive service industry.

Professional, friendly and customer oriented with high emphasis on good CSI and selling capabilities.

Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently, multitask, and excel in time management

Demonstrate ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Must have strong customer service skills

Solid Computer skills required in Word, Excel Outlook

The ability to Feed the Country!!!

Knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical, Machining, Boiler, HVAC, Welding, and General Construction practices.

Minimum of five (5) years' experience in a similar position.

Responsible for the coordination of the maintenance departments and the company's GMP, HACCP, CFIA, and Safety standards.

Expereince in PLCs, robotics, motors, hydraulics, pneumatic systems, electrical and refrigeration equipment.

Oversee training and supervision of staff.

Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs.

Strong time management skills and ability to work well under pressure

A minimum of 24 months professional driving experience within the last 3 years
