Candidates Must Have:

• Punctual and able to complete repairs on time while ensuring quality deliverables
• Must have a good array of tools
• Benevolence
• Active listening skills and take direction from supervisor
• A positive attitude, and willingness to be a part of a strong team focused on Getting the job done right, While Kicking Ass and Having Fun!!
• Can perform regular repairs with little or no supervision, e.g. wheel seal, suspension work, wiring etc
• A safety first mindset
• Ability to move a tractor around the yard, into a bay and over a pit safely
• Knows how to weld using stick and/or mig
• Ability to document complaints, causes, and corrections using keyboard functions
• Able to following Freightliner troubleshooting procedures to diagnose and repair engine codes
• Fully licensed 310T preferred, will consider candidate who is close to writing 310T

What will your day look like:

• Perform PM services using electronic checklist
• 7:30 am to 4 pm shift
• Perform running repairs on all vehicles
• Shop repairs as required
• Service calls when needed
• Perform minor and major repairs in house
• 3 bays including 1 pit
• Daily clean up of work area
