About The Team 🔥

The Infrastructure team ensures that Flinks’ services have reliability and uptime appropriate to users’ needs, as well as a faster rate of improvement. They are responsible for the availability, performance, monitoring and incident response of Flinks’ API.

What You’ll Be Doing 🚀

• Secure high availability & failover of our multi-region infrastructure. We aim for 99.99%
• Support internal teams at Flinks by delivering IT services to enhance IT operations
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our security posture by collaborating with the Security team
• Ensure proper monitoring, maintenance and capacity planning of our services and resources
• Deploy and scale our containerized services across cloud providers. We’ve doubled every 3 months since we started

Who You Are 🌟

• Basic scripting or programming skills. We'd like you to write your own tools using languages like Bash, Powershell, Go, Python
• Strong focus on automation, repeatability and speed of execution
• You have the SRE mindset; you recognize that you’re often in the best position to build the tooling that will help solve problems your team is facing.
• Familiar with prominent Cloud services such as GCP, Azure and AWS
• Adept in utilizing Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
• Proficiency in using Linux operating systems

Great to haves

• Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and technologies (Git, CI/CD, etc.)
• Experience with systems and networks (load balancers, clusters, etc.)
• Knowledge of IAC tools like Terraform, Kustomize, Helm
