Job Description

Are you a skilled Systems Administrator seeking a thrilling opportunity to drive technology advancements and deliver exceptional service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values innovation? If so, we have the perfect position for you!


As a Systems Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing our infrastructure, ensuring seamless service delivery to our end-users. Collaborating closely with international teams and partners, you will be at the forefront of critical projects that contribute to our overall success.



Roles and Responsibilities

Infrastructure Management (85%)

  • Safeguard the stability and security of our on-premises and cloud infrastructure, with a particular focus on AWS (Experience preferred).
  • Utilize your expertise to automate repetitive tasks, elevating our operational efficiency.
  • Engage in hands-on Infrastructure tasks, handling day-to-day operations, continuous improvements, and vital projects.
  • Champion documentation and knowledge sharing, empowering the team with essential insights.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, providing valuable support to other teams in issue resolution.

Service Delivery (15%)

  • Deliver outstanding support by specifying, setting up, and testing computer systems and peripherals, adhering to established standards and guidelines.
  • Ensure seamless end-user experiences, enhancing their productivity and satisfaction.



Qualifications and Skills

  • Familiarity with IIS/Web Applications and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Windows Server Operating Systems.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for effective technical communication.
  • Strong networking knowledge, including VPN, WiFi, Switching, Routing, and Firewalls (Meraki or Aruba).
  • Demonstrated experience with Production Public Cloud (AWS experience preferred) and Microsoft O365 and Intune MDM (3+ years).



Education

  • University Degree/ Diploma, or related experience



Nice-to-Haves

  • Exposure to Linux (any flavor) and Containers (ECS experience preferred).
  • Experience with Amazon Workspaces.
  • Knowledge of DevOps methodology and related tools (Puppet, TeamCity, GIT, Azure DevOps, Octopus Deploy, etc.).
