Microsoft 365 Administration (Portal for management, Teams, Exchange, etc.).

2+ years of Cloud experience on any of the major Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Experience with the following technologies:

Change Control: Manage infrastructure changes through Change Control process. Ensure CMDB and all documentation is updated appropriately.

Experience supporting production networks from WAN to LAN.

Excellent knowledge of network security constructs – authentication, firewalls, segmentation, and VLANs.

Experience in regulated manufacturing and OT systems / IoT systems.

Experience configuring and using network monitoring tools

Certification and training from at least two major network equipment providers: HP/Aruba, Cisco/Meraki, Fortigate, Palo Alto.

Strong knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations.

Bachelor's degree and 5 years of business analysis experience or equivalent.

Knowledge of testing approaches including performance, usability, security, product acceptance, and user acceptance testing.

Experience in test leadership or coordination.

Post-secondary diploma/ degree in computer science or a related field would be considered an asset.

Previous experience with malware and anti-virus management systems (Crowd Strike, Windows Defender security center).
