Robert Half is currently recruiting for an experienced Azure Infrastructure Specialist for our Edmonton Client. As the successful Candidate you will provide technical knowledge and support to the cross functional team in order to perform enhancements and meet changing needs and requirements to the business’s cybersecurity, networking and regulatory service management portals. If you possess top-notch technical skills in Azure along with a solid background in infrastructure design/implementation combined with outstanding communication skills and leadership abilities, then this could be the right fit for you. This role is based in the Edmonton, Alberta area but has the flexibility for remote work/work from home permissions for eligible Candidates.

Requirements
MUST HAVES:

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills with excellent ability to deal directly with stakeholders and deliver superior customer service
• Strong ability for implementing and maintaining security policies and fundamental network and security architectures
• Solid working ability and comprehensive knowledge of applications and infrastructure components in Azure
• Working experience with modeling languages such as UML or similar
• Experience with product management, agile principles and development methodologies
• Degree or Diploma form a recognized post-secondary education or equivalent experience in related field
• Knowledge and working experience of ITSM and ITIL
• 5 + years’ proven working success in Azure cloud application infrastructure design/implementation
• Self-starter with the ability to problem solve, make decisions and prioritize solutions
