Who are we looking for?

A resource with strong Windows Administrator with Azure Skills administration skills. The Individual should be passionate about technology and have experience in developing and managing cutting-edge technologies.

Technical Skills:

• Wintel platform system-related service request fulfillment.
• Expert knowledge in cross-platform integration of tools and technologies with Wintel infrastructure
• Good understanding of Storage, Backup & Networking Concepts.
• Design and implement Wintel platform changes as required.
• Managing Azure Backup, AD Azure console & services
• Windows OS, SharePoint, AD/DHCP, DPM, Email and etc.
• Expert knowledge of Server hardware & operating systems.
• Innovation for man-hour reduction. Expert in scripting and automation.
• Resolve technical issues of projects and explore alternate designs
• Providing capacity planning inputs.
• Expert knowledge of Windows virtualization technologies (VMware)
• Need to be able to manage high-severity incidents & critical \ complex change tickets.
• Hands-on experience in managing Azure workloads
• Expert knowledge in doing assessments of server infrastructure and identifying risks and areas to optimize.
• Expert knowledge in the following areas/tools is mandatory.
• Design and optimize Wintel platform monitoring solution and parameters
• Expert knowledge in developing HLD, and LLD.
• Disaster recovery planning and execution.

Project Support:

• Mentoring new staff, train junior staff as necessary
• Provide input into planning and implementing Wintel platform upgrades and deployment.
• Support project tasks as per management approval, including but not limited to system design, installation, migration, upgrade, commissioning, and decommissioning.
• Provide support in the implementation and user acceptance testing of the Wintel platform.

Process Skills:

• Creating best practice documents, known error records, knowledgebase articles
• Expert production support exposure and experience.
• Good exposure to ticketing tools and understanding of Quality & ITIL processes.
• Work with process consultant and define standard processes & standards for server build and run operations.
• Expert communication, troubleshooting, and analytical skill.
• Knowledge management & Escalation management for the team.
• Knowledge of Project Management and Operations Management
• Work on service improvement plans. Implementation of new / revised process for escalation reduction.
