Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with our IT infrastructure team to analyze, evaluate and improve our organization's IT systems and infrastructure. The IT Infrastructure Business Analyst will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement, making recommendations, and implementing solutions that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of IT infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate field technicians to ensure that they are deployed efficiently and effectively.
• Manage orders through the Juriba Dashworks order management tool.
• Monitor and track progress of IT infrastructure projects and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Provide training and support to end-users on IT infrastructure and systems.
• Collaborate with IT infrastructure team and other stakeholders to develop and document business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Participate in the development and execution of test plans and perform testing of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Identify and analyze trends in IT infrastructure performance and provide recommendations to management.
• Provide status reports on orders and other IT infrastructure-related activities.
• Process returns requests and coordinate with field technicians to ensure that devices are properly refreshed.
• Validate device locations and ensure that they are assigned to the correct owners and locations.
• Conduct analysis of current IT infrastructure, systems, and processes, identify gaps and areas for improvement, and recommend solutions that will enhance the company's IT capabilities.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to IT infrastructure, including system architecture, user guides, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with IT asset management and refresh processes.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of field technician coordination and deployment processes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related field.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex data and information.
• Experience with order management tools, such as Juriba Dashworks.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
