Role Summary
The FP&A Analyst will be a key business partner for operations leadership that will connect the dots between operating result and target performance. Reporting to the Manager of Operations FP&A, s/he will provide regular management reporting, business analysis, variance analysis and decision support to management and stakeholders throughout the organization. S/he will understand the P&L drivers, provide KPI insights to improve and predict performance, work with large data sets and identify relationships and trends, and lead variance analysis for the service lines of the company. S/he will ensure results are tracked against budget/, forecast, and trend, and develop insights and analysis that drives results. S/he will partner with service line and other functional leaders throughout the organization to deliver the most impactful information to key stakeholders and ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of the prescribed reports.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis to support delivery periodic management & board level reviews
• Conduct periodic variance analysis to trend, forecast, budget and other points of comparison on a regular basis.
• Utilize Tableau, Access, Excel and other tools to provide analysis and insights
• Reconcile analysis with consolidated results to ensure accuracy
• Support the annual strategic planning and budgeting process
• Be a team player working with multiple cross functional teams in a collaborative and constructive manner
• Deliver timely, accurate, presentation worthy work for areas of responsibility
• Ad-hoc analysis and other tasks as assigned by management
• Prepare regular periodic financial and operational reports that will provide timely insight related to business results and trends
• Develop reporting to assist managers in understanding their business units and financial performance.

Required Qualifications/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working in a corporate environment interacting with senior leadership regularly
• Must be strong Excel, PowerPoint, and other office product suite user
• Knowledge of GAAP accounting
• Strong analytical, financial and systems skills are required
• Demonstrated experience with ERP, Consolidation, Forecasting/Planning, and Reporting systems
• Must understand datamining and scrubbing techniques
• Ability to Travel up to 10-20% of the time as required

Preferred Qualifications/Experience

• Tableau Experience
• 1-2 years FP&A Experience
