About The Opportunity

In this dynamic role, you will provide support to our internal and external clients to assist them with their IT usage and work to resolve any business application related concerns. You will be responsible for dealing with the development, design, implementation, and support of the City’s business applications. Maintaining systems and application documentation in accordance with City standards is also an expectation of this dynamic position.

About Your Background

You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science along with experience in application design, development, implementation, and maintenance. A logical and independent thinker when developing practical solutions to problems, you have strong organizational skills. You have a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to respond to customer requests in a professional and efficient manner. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role. A valid Class 5 BC driver’s license (or out of province equivalent) is also required.
