What You'll Do

• Write legitimate violation notices.
• Educate the public when appropriate of the use of parking space and requirement for payment.
• Client liaison with Interior Health
• Report any deficiencies on locations with respect to appearance, safety, equipment and lighting.
• Manage portfolio of parking locations in Penticton.
• Meter Maintenance and collection.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

What We Want From You:

• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to verbally communicate with guests
• At least 18 years of age
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Operate electronic handheld devices
• Standing or walking for extended periods of time, sometimes for entire duration of shift
• Operate vehicles requiring normal coordination, including eye-hand, hand-foot

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Protection from weather conditions may be provided, but not necessarily from temperature changes.
• Work is performed outdoors for extended periods of time including up to the entire duration of shift.
• Employees are subject to environmental conditions including extreme heat and cold weather.
