Duties and Responsibilities

• On-board new clients
• Develop content ideas and write and curate content
• Brainstorm new, creative approaches for influencer marketing campaigns
• Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers
• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
• Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users

Qualifications

• Experience using Zendesk (preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in a client success or operations role
• Strong experience with Excel/Google Sheets
• Completion of a Bachelor’s Degree or relevant college diploma
• Strong knowledge of data analysis best practices, experience performing and presenting data breakdowns
