It Manager Jobs

We are seeking a talented IT Manager to join our customer-centric North American manufacturing company onsite in Manitoba. Our client is focused on fostering employee engagement and growth. The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the information technology systems and implementation working cross functionally with all teams and managing the ERP software.

IT Manager responsibilities:

• Data management, SQL queries, and data extraction for reporting and analysing
• Management of vendor relationships and negotiation of 3rd party contracts and services to ensure cost effective IT solutions
• Oversee installation, configuration, and continuous maintenance of ERP software
• Collaborate across organization to identify and prioritize ERP, Software, Hardware, and general IT needs
• Lead ERP projects, deployment success, team training, and continuous support
• Management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, hardware, software, networks, and servers
• Develop and enforce SOP’s, IT policies, procedures, and security protocols.
• Proactive learning and cost-effective implementation of newest Cyber security threats, trends, and protocols
• Schedule and conduct vulnerability assessments, implement proactive protection measures

The successful candidate has:

• Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and implementing ERP systems, with a strong emphasis on cyber security.
• Strong knowledge of ERP and SAP business one
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at every level
• Proficiency in implementing and maintaining cyber security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and data encryption
• 3-5 years' experience in a computer systems, IT Manager, or Network Administrator role
• Solid understanding of networking, databases, and cloud technologies
• Project management skills with experience in problem solving and critical thinking
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
• Cyber Security certification training and experience

Compensation and benefits:

• The discussed salary range is between $70,000-$90,000 depending on experience
• 3-week vacation
