Labour Solutions Canada (LSC) has an opportunity for the right candidate, a(central)Alberta-basedindividual with proven business development experience, to join our growing team as anInternational Recruitment Manager. LSC is a division of CRT Legal and Immigration Care, established providers of Canadian immigration advice to employers and individuals.
You will be able to represent and develop a nimble and growing international recruitment brand in the Alberta market, recruit across several employment sectors and international markets, and develop a newly formed business division.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, resourceful, and analytical, have excellent people and technical skills, and possess a strong desire to succeed.
Responsibilities of the International Recruitment Consultant:
- Keep an open line of communication with candidates and clients to build strong business relationships
- Analyze current business processes and identify improvement opportunities and formulate action plans
- Source, evaluate, and screen potential international candidates while collaborating with the in-house immigration team and keeping the client’s expectations of the role top of mind
- Analyze current markets and identify business development opportunities and formulate action plans
- Develop new clients through networking and business development activities
- Utilize your understanding of the job market to educate clients on current hiring trends and employment standards
- Grow our network of global recruitment partners and collaborate with them in allocating recruitment opportunities
- Work closely with potential hiring managers to ensure a thorough understanding of their needs
The Successful Candidate Has:
- An eye for detail with stellar organizational skills for tracking and follow-ups
- Previous experience and success in sales and recruitment
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, and colleagues
- The ability to travel regionally and (occasionally) internationally
- Strong and current computer skills and ability to use job-specific software programs
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- An entrepreneurial spirit and a go-getter mentality
- Possess a strong understanding of the current market trends and business within your area
