Club Core is looking for an Implementation & Customer Experience Specialist to join the Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution and maintenance of both new and existing accounts.
We're a small team in a fast paced industry. This role will support many aspects of the business including Operations, Sales, Partnerships, and Special Projects.
Key Accountabilities:
- Ability to adapt to newly emerging/changing systems
- Work cross functionally with the team to solve implementation challenges and provide clients with best practises suited to their unique needs
- Ability to proactively troubleshoot and solve problems with limited supervision
- Monitor new client implementations and existing client support; provide daily problem solving, coordination and leadership as required
- Serve as the primary point of contact for platform maintenance and updates with existing customers
- Monitoring support phone and inbox as necessary
- Lead new clients through the implementation process and work with the team on custom settings, configurations and suggestions
- Independently project manage client accounts including tracking and monitoring progress, updating record logs, and scheduling milestone meetings
- Become a product expert, with a strong understanding of the platform settings and their functions
Skills/Experience:
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
- 2+ years relevant work experience in Account Management, Technical Support, Customer Service, Workflow Management and/or Project Management role
- Experience in the Golf/Club industry not necessary but considered an asset
- Software experience an asset
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; you will be leading client calls regularly
Additional Information:
- This is an independent contractor position
- Successful candidate will invoice bi-weekly based on approved hours completed
- 30 - 40 hours a week
- Start date: June 1st, 2023
