Job Description

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND BRAND OUTREACH SPECIALIST


LOCATION: Option to work remotely, hybrid or in person at 275 English Drive, Moncton, New Brunswick

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent, Part-Time (with possibility of full-time)

HOURS: 20 hours per week

COMPENSATION: $17 - $20 per hour, option for health benefits


Join Eclair Lips Inc., the fun and passionate handmade lip balm company, as a bilingual Customer Experience and Brand Outreach Specialist. If you're an experienced customer service guru with social media skills and a passion for spreading happiness, this role is perfect for you!


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Take charge of our online community. Engage with followers, respond to comments, and create an interactive experience.
  • Build a passionate army of brand ambassadors. Develop and manage an engaging brand rep program, empowering advocates to promote our products.
  • Connect with influential voices to expand our reach. Forge partnerships, coordinate product samples, and enhance brand visibility.
  • Craft captivating stories for the press. Write compelling press releases, pitch to media outlets, and generate brand exposure.
  • Be the friendly face and caring voice of Eclair Lips Inc. Handle customer inquiries with confidence and kindness, leaving a positive impression.


REQUIRED SKILLS

  • People-centric with outstanding interpersonal skills, confidently handling customer queries with empathy.
  • Fluent in French and English, engaging diverse customers and community.
  • Customer service experience with focus on exceptional service. Beauty or consumer product industry experience is a plus.
  • Extroverted and adept at fast-paced, high-engagement social media environments.
  • Self-motivated, independent decision-maker with excellent judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Skilled in managing online trolls, turning negatives into positives.


NICE TO HAVE SKILLS

  • Familiarity with press release writing and media relations.
  • Experience in influencer outreach, coordinating product samples for review.
