Job Description
Full-time, Remote Position, 30-35 hours/week, $68,000 - $90,000 annual salary (depending on qualifications)
The Manager of Human Resources will be responsible for the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures through a decolonized approach that supports our organizational goals. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing and nurturing our staff, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring our HR programming incorporates ICA’s decolonial mission and values, while ensuring compliance with relevant provincial laws and regulations on a national scale.
