JOB TITLE: Homeowner Relations Administration Coordinator
- Assist with tracking broker information and commissions
- Generate Tarion occupancy notices to clients and send out, as necessary
- Assist with the preparation of litigation packages
- Assist with the distribution of Reports and Distribution List
- Assist with creating and providing a complete lawyer’s package for closing including but not limited to items listed on the SOA.
- Assist with the preparation of Sales Administration policies and procedures
- Prepare and manage outgoing communication, such as mass emails, and text messages
- Reconcile Mortgage approvals
- Responsible for assisting with gathering, tracking and organizing Agreement related items and entering them into the database, including addendums, parking and locker allocations, hst rebates and deposits, and décor costs for Statement of Adjustment
- Carry out other administrative duties as required
- Carry out additional ad hoc duties as required.
- 2-year experience in administration, New development would be a plus.
