Job Description

Position: Helpdesk Analyst

Type: Permanent

Location: North York, ON (Hybrid – 2 days per week in office)


Must be able to work 3 rotational shifts: 7:00am to 3:30pm, 8:00am to 4:30pm and 11:30am to 8:00pm.

EXTERNAL SUPPORT (this is NOT a call center)


Description:


Our client is looking for a Helpdesk Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.


Responsibilities:

  • Appropriate escalation to Tier 2/Tier 3 and Senior Engineer colleagues to ensure quick and efficient resolution of support requests
  • Handle associated technical documentation and administration
  • Receive and triage support requests
  • Assign work to technical staff and perform scheduling with clients
  • Handle a wide variety of technical support and system administration tasks for cloud infrastructure, desktop, and application issues, both on-site and remote


Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of information technology concepts and terminology
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Technical support experience handling scheduling and technical service coordination responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
