Qualified candidates will possess the following: 
- 3+ years experiences automotive dealership Financial Services Manager 
- Self-starter who is driven and thrives in a fast-paced work environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of F&I practices
- Demonstrated and proven Business Acumen
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel and computer applications
