Financial Analyst (Operations) Jobs

Primarily focuses on site-related Accounting & Operational Tasks.

Provide accounting and operational support to the site manager/account director and ensures the integrity of accounting information. Primary focus on a mix of Accounting & FP&A functions that include monthly estimation of Business Unit cost, working closely with the Accounting Department, External clients, FP&A team, monthly Invoicing, Reporting, Budgeting, contract reporting. apart from review of monthly Operating statements for accuracy / variances.

Duties:

• Continually review services with the object of reducing costs, increasing profitability and efficiency, without loss of standard
• Compile weekly reports, variance reports, and forecasts. Advise Senior Management Team and Operations Team regarding weekly labour, finance, inventory and forecast for the project
• Assure contract compliance, and ensure the team is aware of Eurests contractual obligations for the project
• Ensure compliance with all Eurest and Compass Group operating policies and procedures.
• Managing client and company budgets.
• Generating Cost Estimates for each Business Unit.
• Be part of the annual budgeting process.
• Handling queries from Operations and Management
• Data Analysis, Invoicing, Reporting and attending client meetings.
• Complete work and safety training requirements
• Working closely with the Accounts Department in helping to close the books of accounts.
• Confirm paperwork is prepared accurately and timely in accordance with the operations manual, client, and corporate requests
• Ensure that Accounts Payable invoices are charged to the correct Business Unit, General Ledger code and ensure accuracy of information/cost allocation.
• Vendor spend analysis
• Maintain confidentiality of all company information, including policy and procedures
• All other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications (please only apply if you meet all required qualifications):

• Experience with any major ERP / Accounting software.
• Effective verbal and written skills, detail-oriented and strong organization skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A minimum of 2-3 years of job-related work experience.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Commonly used formulas)
• Bachelor in Accounting / Any international accounting qualification like ACCA, Chartered Accountant, Certified Management Accountant
• Great "can do" attitude!
• High levels of accuracy and ability to achieve timelines.
