Here Are Some Responsibilities We Could Assign To You

• Settle claims in accordance with the organization's standards, policies and quality commitments as well as the contract terms. Meet deadlines to ensure client satisfaction and avoid penalties
• Guide and assist clients during major home insurance claims
• Negotiate with all parties involved to ensure smooth claims processing
• Conduct investigations and inspections to assess damage, estimate costs and market value, and produce and review reports and other documents to determine settlement amounts
