Field Marketing Representative - Eastern Ontario & Gatineau, Québec

Endo Networks is currently seeking qualified and professional financial brand ambassadors who thrive in a fast-paced sales and customer service environment for a 23 week program from August 2023 to January 2024. As a Field Marketing Representative, you will be stationed inside various retail locations throughout Eastern Ontario and the Gatineau Area to promote our client's new credit card in collaboration with an in-store loyalty program.

The role involves presenting our client's product, answering questions and showing customers how they can earn rewards and save money on their everyday essential products!

An energetic, outgoing, and positive attitude will contribute to your success in this role.

Requirements

An enthusiastic and motivated individual who learns quickly and can compellingly explain financial products.

Proven experience in customer service, sales or as a brand awareness. Experience in the financial sector will be considered an asset.

Excellent communication skills, motivated and sales oriented.

Effective verbal communication, you will be able to communicate with customers and other staff when promoting effective brand awareness.

Having a grasp of marketing principles.

Conduct all business activities ethically.

Work effectively and collaboratively with other team members, while also being able to work independently.

Must be comfortable working in various retail outlets and standing for the duration of the shift.

Attention to detail, being meticulous in organizing and executing tasks, such as setting up displays or ensuring accurate product information is given

Professional appearance and demeanour

Having a vehicle is mandatory for transporting equipment from one store to another.

Must have the ability to lift 30 lbs.

Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check.

Must be fully available for a full-time opportunity throughout the entire 23-week period.

Knowledge of French and English (bilingual) is an asset.

Benefits

Excellent starting hourly rate of $22/hour, plus a $4/hour bonus for schedule adherence, overall professionalism, and other KPIs as deemed necessary.

$400 retention bonus upon completion of the 23-week work term.

This is not a commission-based opportunity.
