We are adding to our team an Executive Assistant with proven high-level administrative abilities. Someone who will be responsible for managing the customer experience, working closely with Divisional Managers, building and revising budgets, overseeing our HR program, coordinating key events, developing reports and analyzing critical data.

This team member will have exceptional administrative skills combined with a positive can-do demeanor. They will work well independently or be capable of stepping up and leading the team when needed. The following are the expectations:

  • Communicate effectively both written and orally
  • Exceptional administrative abilities
  • High level, (advanced), skills in MS Excel
  • HR and H&S experience will be beneficial
  • Proven track record of exceptional customer service
  • A positive, forward thinking mindset and attitude
  • The ability to identify problems and provide solutions
