Assistant Marketing Coordinator Jobs

Keep up with trends and new products, and help companies promote their brand. The Assistant Marketing Coordinator works closely with clients, manufacturers, vendors, and management. The primary focus is to provide support for clients promotional product needs (custom imprinted gifts and apparel). The ideal candidate will be able to work well in a team atmosphere with exceptional communication skills, creativity impeccable attention to detail, and a forward-thinking mindset.

RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited:

• Tracking orders that ship and assisting with shipping
• Communicating with clients and vendors
• Researching and presenting creative options for gifts, giveaways, swag, merch, and apparel via industry software
• Creating and double-checking vendor purchase orders and art proofs
• General administrative support to the department
• Following up with manufacturers/vendors confirming orders
• Contacting manufacturers/vendors for inventory, pricing, and shipping estimates
• Creation of client presentations

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Problem-solving skills
• An understanding of social voice, tone and style is essential. This role requires some proficiency in publishing tools, as well as native platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest, and YouTube.

Salary: $37,328.00-$45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
• Overtime pay
