👩🏽💻👨💻 Position:

As the Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer campaigns that align with our brand's goals and resonate with our target audience. Your expertise in identifying, engaging, and collaborating with influencers will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth.


🎯 Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish, including ideation, content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Strategy Development: Develop an effective influencer marketing strategy that aligns with our brand's objectives, target audience, and messaging.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with influencers, both existing and potential, through effective communication and rapport-building efforts.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements with influencers, ensuring mutual understanding of campaign deliverables, compensation, and expectations.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, providing insights into the effectiveness of influencer collaborations and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Influencer Identification: Identify and research relevant influencers across various platforms who align with our brand values and target demographic.
  • Content Collaboration: Collaborate with influencers to create authentic, compelling, and on-brand content that resonates with their audience and promotes our products/services.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and influencer marketing best practices to continually evolve our strategies.


🥇 Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of various social media platforms, content trends, and influencer ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for building strong relationships with influencers.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate unique campaign concepts.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze metrics and make informed decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years full time marketing experience
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
